The Archives Reading Room is a secure space and is only accessible by appointment. Availability can be viewed and appointments can be scheduled online at this link. Our Reading Room hours during the academic year are from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Two business days' advance notice is requested for research appointments. The Archives and Special Collections Reading Room is located in the Donnelley and Lee Library on Lake Forest College's Middle Campus. The Library is a one mile distance from the Lake Forest Metra Station. We are on the Library's lower level in Room 004. The library can be entered on foot via North and South entrances on the main level. Please refer to the provided maps below.
